Worked for Policy Link to gather CxO perspectives and develop a plan for helping private sector companies that want to be truly committed to racial equity
Consultant to the Ballmer Group, for developing principles of high-impact place-based partnerships, one part of helping them implement a national economic mobility strategy.
Strategic advisor to Project Evident, a social sector leader in changing how measurement and data are effectively used. Developed go-to-market and channel strategies.
Advised the Raikes Foundation on content for a new philanthropic portal - www.givingcompass.org
Facilitated Microsoft leadership team on its future business model for innovative school tech program - www.tealsk12.org
Consulted to Fred Hutch Cancer Research and Univ. of Washington Medicine to help world-class cancer/health institutions develop new joint strategies for working more effectively together, structurally and financially. Worked at executive and Board leadership levels.
Advised VitalTalk on strategies for long-term financial sustainability and jointly built financial and business modeling, along with theory of change work
